AIS School Hours

Normal school hours are from 9:00 to 14:00 or from 9:00 to 15:30 depending on the age level and the national section in which the student is enrolled.



A program of school activities is organized after school hours, and special buses are provided.

The AIS school year begins in the third or fourth week of August and ends during the third or fourth week in June.

It includes six days for national and international staff development programs.

In addition to summer holidays, the school vacations are one week in October, two weeks at Christmas, one week in mid-winter/carnival, and two weeks at Easter.
